The CEO of Sattva is an accomplished Project Management Professional with over 36 years of experience, specializing in the successful execution of complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects across the globe. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction, delivering comprehensive solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. His responsibilities have encompassed profit and loss management as well as ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives. His expertise is rooted in translating organizational strategies into tangible outcomes, utilizing a blend of leadership, project management, and contract management skills. He has a proven track record of overseeing capital-intensive industrial and energy infrastructure projects across Asia, Europe, and Africa, with full responsibility for project success from initial sales through to project completion. As a leader, he emphasizes team collaboration and empowerment, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. His experience includes managing diverse, global teams, enhancing their capabilities, and effectively engaging with stakeholders. In 2020, amidst the global pandemic and economic uncertainties, he took the entrepreneurial leap to establish his own company, receiving gratifying feedback from clients, which has driven steady growth for the business.

A results driven finance and product strategy professional, Gandharv brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and creative flair to Sattva Projects. Drawing on a BSc in Economics & Business Economics and an MSc in Finance & Banking from Utrecht University, he leads our efforts to sharpen financial performance while turning bold ideas into market ready products. He then spent two years as a global business analyst, designing pricing strategies for service contracts and spare parts portfolios. Optimizing revenue levers across regions and product lines honed his ability to spot growth opportunities and act on them quickly. Gandharv’s foundation was further forged in the fast moving consumer goods sector through the prestigious Fazer Finance Graduate Program, where he rotated as both Business Controller and Chief Accountant. This front row experience in FMCG—balancing tight margins, volatile demand, and rapid product cycles—further sharpened his eye for numbers and operational nuance. At Sattva, he steers project and product management from research through launch: sizing markets, shaping product market fit, crafting advertising campaigns, and tracking the metrics that prove impact. Colleagues value his entrepreneurial mindset—the drive to “get stuff done”—as much as his talent for translating data into clear cut strategy. Whether building a go to market plan or fine tuning a campaign, Gandharv pairs sharp financial insight with a passion for innovation, ensuring every project delivers sustainable value and measurable results.
